某车间齿轮油泵传动轴在距轴肩约8mm处发生断裂,经分析断裂类型属疲劳脆性断裂,由于装配等原因使表面局部产生划痕等擦伤,划痕处存在一定的应力集中,在长期周期性转矩作用下形成初始裂纹,并不断发生扩展,当裂纹扩展到一定尺寸,传动轴的剩余部分不足以承受载荷的作用,最终发生断裂。
某車間齒輪油泵傳動軸在距軸肩約8mm處髮生斷裂,經分析斷裂類型屬疲勞脆性斷裂,由于裝配等原因使錶麵跼部產生劃痕等抆傷,劃痕處存在一定的應力集中,在長期週期性轉矩作用下形成初始裂紋,併不斷髮生擴展,噹裂紋擴展到一定呎吋,傳動軸的剩餘部分不足以承受載荷的作用,最終髮生斷裂。

Gear oil pump drive shaft in a workshop ruptured at about 8mm from the shaft,and fracture types are fatigue fracture of brittle. Due to assembling surface scratches abrasions were formed.A concentration of stress existed in the scratches,and the initial fatigue crack propagated under long-term periodic torque action and continued expansion.When the crack reached a certain size,beyond the load of the drive shaft can withstand,the fracture occurred.
