榜样情绪是一种因“赞美他人”而诱发的积极情绪，它在激发亲社会行为、改善人际关系及促进自我完善中具有积极作用。本文重点阐述了榜样情绪的三种不同类型及其实证研究，并提出在德育实践中培养榜样情绪的有效方法，旨在为当今中小学道德教育实践提供理论与实证依据。

Modal emotions are defined as arising from others’exemplary action, which has a positive effect on motivating pro-social behaviors, improving relationships and promoting self-improvement. This paper offers three modal emotions and empirical study. Based on the empirical study, we propose some methods about cultivating modal emotions that sought to provide theoretical and empirical basis for moral education practice of primary and secondary school.
