现阶段大学生就业形势日益严峻，在大学生就业难的同时，企业仍然存在很多招不到人的空缺职位。提高人才培养质量提升大学生就业竞争力是解决就业难的重要途径。本文分析了在就业过程中大学生个体出现的问题，从高校培养模式、大学生职业规划教育以及大学生自身三个方面探讨了影响大学生就业竞争力的原因。在此基础上，针对如何提升大学生就业竞争力给出了一些建议与对策。

Present situation of university students’employment is becoming increasingly serious, in the difficult employment of college students at the same time, enterprises still exist many people find openings.
