比较了育成的3种巨胚稻与其亲本糙米中GABA、氨基酸的含量。结果表明:育成巨胚稻糙米的GABA含量约为常规非巨胚稻的4倍,且高于其巨胚稻亲本的GABA含量;与常规非巨胚稻相比,巨胚稻糙米中绝大多数氨基酸的含量有不同程度的提高,其中赖氨酸、必需氨基酸总量和氨基酸总量的平均增幅分别达51.85%、26.24%和23.75%;育成巨胚稻与其巨胚稻亲本间的氨基酸含量没有显著差异。
比較瞭育成的3種巨胚稻與其親本糙米中GABA、氨基痠的含量。結果錶明:育成巨胚稻糙米的GABA含量約為常規非巨胚稻的4倍,且高于其巨胚稻親本的GABA含量;與常規非巨胚稻相比,巨胚稻糙米中絕大多數氨基痠的含量有不同程度的提高,其中賴氨痠、必需氨基痠總量和氨基痠總量的平均增幅分彆達51.85%、26.24%和23.75%;育成巨胚稻與其巨胚稻親本間的氨基痠含量沒有顯著差異。
비교료육성적3충거배도여기친본조미중GABA、안기산적함량。결과표명:육성거배도조미적GABA함량약위상규비거배도적4배,차고우기거배도친본적GABA함량;여상규비거배도상비,거배도조미중절대다수안기산적함량유불동정도적제고,기중뢰안산、필수안기산총량화안기산총량적평균증폭분별체51.85%、26.24%화23.75%;육성거배도여기거배도친본간적안기산함량몰유현저차이。
This study compared the contents of γ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA) and amino acids in the brown rice of 3 kinds of giant-embryo rice and their parent .The results were shown as follows:(1) The GABA content in the bred giant -embryo rice was about four times more than that in conventional non -giant-embryo rice , and was also higher than that in its giant -embryo parent . (2) In comparison with the conventional non -giant-embryo rice, the contents of most amino acids in the brown rice of giant -em-bryo rice increased in varying degrees , and the average increasing rate of lysine , total essential amino acid and total amino acid con-tent was 51.85%, 26.24%and 23.75%respectively.But significant difference in amino acid content between the bred giant -em-bryo rice and its giant-embryo parent was not detected .
