医患关系在不同的社会背景下，具有不同的存在状态。当前，医患关系紧张依然是一个突出问题，自媒体的出现给医患关系的构建带来更多的挑战与机遇。本文旨在通过分析自媒体的特性、医患关系紧张的成因，以及自媒体给医患关系构建带来的影响，探讨医疗机构如何主动、合理地构建和谐互信的医患关系。

Doctor-patient relationship varies under different social backgrounds. Currently, tension in doctor-patient relationship is still a prominent problem. The appearance of"we-media"brings doctor-patient relationship both challenges and opportunities. This article aims at discussing how health facilities should proactively and reasonably construct a harmonious, reciprocal doctor-patient relationship by analyzing the characteristics of "we-media", the causes of tension between patients and doctors and the influence of "we-media" on doctor-patient relationship.
