随着社会的发展，家用小型漏电保护开关应用越来越多，它关系到人身和设备的操作安全，因此，对它进行性能检测显得相当重要。文章对漏电保护开关的工作原理和电性能试验的标准要求进行研究，设计并实现了一套基于PLC的小型漏电断路器机械和电寿命试验自动操作装置，它具有三个工位同时运行的能力，操作简单、功能完善、运行稳定可靠等特点，实现自动操作以替代人工操作，大大节省了人力成本，极大提高了小型漏电断路器的机械和电寿命性能试验的检测效率，使检测技术更加科学、公正。

With the development of society, small household electrical leakage protection switch is used more and more, it is related to the personal and equipment safety operation, therefore, the performance of detection it is very important. This paper makes research on the leakage protection switch principle of work and electric performance test standard clauses, designs and implementations a Electrical Properties Device based PLC, which has three stations at the same time running, simple operation, perfect function, stable and reliable operation, realizes automatic operation, and tests according to the conditions, saves manpower cost greatly, and improves the detection efficiency of small leakage circuit breaker mechanical and electrical life test.
