在研究电机定子电气性能检验装置校准方法项目过程中，研制了一种采用高压无感电阻、等电位屏蔽措施、二级分压结构和分布电容调节技术的冲击分压器，它被用于电机定子匝间绝缘项目的冲击电压峰值和波前时间的测量。经过试验，该电阻分压器的分压比误差小于0.5%；上升时间小于100ns，满足测量指标要求。
在研究電機定子電氣性能檢驗裝置校準方法項目過程中，研製瞭一種採用高壓無感電阻、等電位屏蔽措施、二級分壓結構和分佈電容調節技術的遲擊分壓器，它被用于電機定子匝間絕緣項目的遲擊電壓峰值和波前時間的測量。經過試驗，該電阻分壓器的分壓比誤差小于0.5%；上升時間小于100ns，滿足測量指標要求。
재연구전궤정자전기성능검험장치교준방법항목과정중，연제료일충채용고압무감전조、등전위병폐조시、이급분압결구화분포전용조절기술적충격분압기，타피용우전궤정자잡간절연항목적충격전압봉치화파전시간적측량。경과시험，해전조분압기적분압비오차소우0.5%；상승시간소우100ns，만족측량지표요구。
In the process of research on the project of calibration method of motor stator electrical property testing device,we developed a impact resistance divider,which consist of the measure of equipotential shielding ,the use of non inductance resistor and the distributed capacitance regulating technology.It is used for measuring impulse voltage peak value of motor stator inter turn insulation,and measuring the time to peak.After the test, the error of resistor divider voltage ratio is less than 0.5%,rise time less than 100ns,and it meets the measurement requirements.
