教育实习目标既是教育实习活动的出发点，也是归宿。教育实习评价作为高校师范专业教育实习工作不可或缺的环节，是推动教育实习工作顺利开展和保证教育实习目标实现的有力保障。文章在充分分析教育实习评价现状的基础上，及时指出其存在的不足，在教育实习评价中引进发展性评价方法，借助多元评价主体，关注教育实习的全过程，能更科学地评价实习成效，能更有效地帮助实习生自我反思、自我完善，从而促进其专业发展。

The educational practice target is an important part of the educational practice .As an indispensa-ble part of the educational practice for university normal specialty , the educational practice evaluation serves as the strong guarantee for the smooth development of the practice and realization of the practice goals .Based on the full analysis of current situation of the educational practice , this paper puts forwards the problems and a development-oriented education evaluation method is proposed .Educational practice effectiveness can be evaluated scientifically with the help of multi -subject evaluation and by focusing on the whole process of teaching practice.This method is more effective in helping interns′self-reflection, self-improvement, thus contributing to their professional development .
