为提高营养与食品卫生学教学质量,理论课教学中在教学内容方面应联系生活实际,培养学生的学习兴趣;教学方法方面将传统教学和多媒体教学相互结合,借助案例教学和启发式教学培养学生思考问题的能力,采用课堂讨论和分组辩论的方式培养学生的表达能力;在知识方面注重与其他基础课的联系;在实验教学中,做好实验设计,激发学生的实验欲望。

In order to raise teaching quality of nutrition and food hygiene, theoretical teaching should be con-tacted with life practice so that learning interests of the students are cultivated;traditional teaching is combined with multimedia teaching, thinking ability of the students should be cultivated by cases teaching and heuristic education, the expression ability should be trained by class discussion and debate in groups;also the connection with other basic courses should be emphasized in the knowledge. In the teaching of experiment, better experimental design could mo-tivate the students' passions.
