以俄藏黑水城Инв.No.6867原卷图片为底本予以识读并考证发现：俄藏敦煌黑水城“敕赐紫苑丸”是迄今仅见的冠以“敕赐”的唐代佚方。该方药味多，主治广，攻补兼施，寒热并用，是一首治疗气积、食积、痰积、水积、血积、肉积等的杂积通方，具有较高的文献价值。
이아장흑수성Инв.No.6867원권도편위저본여이식독병고증발현：아장돈황흑수성“칙사자원환”시흘금부견적관이“칙사”적당대일방。해방약미다，주치엄，공보겸시，한열병용，시일수치료기적、식적、담적、수적、혈적、육적등적잡적통방，구유교고적문헌개치。
The original picture of Russia-treasured literatureИнв.No.6867 from khara-khoto was read and investigated, we found that ZiYuan pill was the only one prescription with the name of"awarded by the emperor"in Tang dynasty. The prescription contained many kinds of drugs with extensive indications, tonification and purgation in combination, for cold and heat syndromes, it was one prescription for Qi, food, phlegm, water, blood and meat indigestions with higher literature value.
