目的：探讨急性脑出血患者院前急救护理的效果。方法：回顾分析两组临床资料，并观察分析院前急救护理的效果。结果：两组的治疗有效率比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；两组的死亡率及中枢性高热等并发症的发生率比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：快速有效的院前急救护理措施为急性脑出血患者赢得了宝贵时间。
目的：探討急性腦齣血患者院前急救護理的效果。方法：迴顧分析兩組臨床資料，併觀察分析院前急救護理的效果。結果：兩組的治療有效率比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）；兩組的死亡率及中樞性高熱等併髮癥的髮生率比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。結論：快速有效的院前急救護理措施為急性腦齣血患者贏得瞭寶貴時間。
목적：탐토급성뇌출혈환자원전급구호리적효과。방법：회고분석량조림상자료，병관찰분석원전급구호리적효과。결과：량조적치료유효솔비교차이현저（P＜0.05）；량조적사망솔급중추성고열등병발증적발생솔비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론：쾌속유효적원전급구호리조시위급성뇌출혈환자영득료보귀시간。
Objective:To explore the effect of pre-hospital first-aid care for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical condition between the two groups to know the effect of pre-hospital first-aid cares. Result:There was significant difference of both effective rate and dead rate and occurring rate of complications (such as central high fever and cerebral hernia et al.) between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions:Quick and effective pre-hospital first-aid cares are very important for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
