目的:观察猫爪草总皂苷对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用、免疫功能和生存时间的影响。方法将制作好的荷瘤小鼠分为模型组、CTX组、猫爪草总皂苷高剂量组和低剂量组,观察猫爪草总皂苷对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、测定NK细胞和T细胞亚群的数量,计算荷瘤小鼠的生存率。结果猫爪草总皂苷对荷瘤小鼠有一定的抑瘤作用,高剂量组的抑瘤率为47.27%,低剂量组的抑瘤率为31.63%;猫爪草总皂苷能提高荷瘤小鼠的N K细胞活性,高、低剂量的N K细胞数量均较模型组升高,并能提高荷瘤小鼠的CD4细胞数量,显著提高生存率。结论猫爪草总皂苷具有一定的抑瘤作用,提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能和生存率。

목적:관찰묘조초총조감대하류소서적억류작용、면역공능화생존시간적영향。방법장제작호적하류소서분위모형조、CTX조、묘조초총조감고제량조화저제량조,관찰묘조초총조감대Lewis폐암하류소서적억류솔、측정NK세포화T세포아군적수량,계산하류소서적생존솔。결과묘조초총조감대하류소서유일정적억류작용,고제량조적억류솔위47.27%,저제량조적억류솔위31.63%;묘조초총조감능제고하류소서적N K세포활성,고、저제량적N K세포수량균교모형조승고,병능제고하류소서적CD4세포수량,현저제고생존솔。결론묘조초총조감구유일정적억류작용,제고하류소서적면역공능화생존솔。
Objectives: The objective of this paper was to investigate the effectsof total saponins from Radix ranunculus ternati on anti-cancer,immune function and surviving time in a sample of tumor bearing mice.Methods: The pre-prepared tumor bearing mice were divided to control group and CTX group, high dose total saponins from Radix ranunculusternati group and low dose total saponins from Radix ranunculus ternati group, then the effects of total saponins from Radix ranunculus ternati on anti cancer effects, the number of NK celland T cellsub group in tumor bearing mice were evaluated, to understandtheir survival rate.Results: Radix ranunculus ternati has certain effects on anti cancertreatment, the findings from this study indicate it was 47.27% in thehigh dose group and 31.63% in low dose group; Polysaccharides from Radix ranunculus ternati group can increase the activity of NK cell,particularly in high dose group and low dose group compared to thecontrol group; it can also increase the number of CD4 cells whichsignificantly led to a higher survival rate.Conclusions: Radix ranunculus ternati has certain effects on anticancer treatment, and also enhance the immune function and survivalrate.
