目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑梗死病人健康教育中的应用。方法:编写了脑梗死病人健康教育路径,将120例脑梗死病人随机分为研究组和对照组,实验组60例,按健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组60例,采用传统方法进行健康教育,出院前对每位脑梗死病人健康教育效果及护理质量满意度进行问卷调查。结果:脑梗死病人对护理质量满意度,健康教育后掌握相关知识情绪稳定能进行功能锻炼认为收效不大和发生并发症等方面,研究组均优于对照组。结论:应用CNP进行健康教育,有利于护理质量的提高,保证健康教育的有效性,提高了病人对护理质量的满意度。
目的:探討臨床護理路徑在腦梗死病人健康教育中的應用。方法:編寫瞭腦梗死病人健康教育路徑,將120例腦梗死病人隨機分為研究組和對照組,實驗組60例,按健康教育路徑進行健康教育,對照組60例,採用傳統方法進行健康教育,齣院前對每位腦梗死病人健康教育效果及護理質量滿意度進行問捲調查。結果:腦梗死病人對護理質量滿意度,健康教育後掌握相關知識情緒穩定能進行功能鍛煉認為收效不大和髮生併髮癥等方麵,研究組均優于對照組。結論:應用CNP進行健康教育,有利于護理質量的提高,保證健康教育的有效性,提高瞭病人對護理質量的滿意度。
목적:탐토림상호리로경재뇌경사병인건강교육중적응용。방법:편사료뇌경사병인건강교육로경,장120례뇌경사병인수궤분위연구조화대조조,실험조60례,안건강교육로경진행건강교육,대조조60례,채용전통방법진행건강교육,출원전대매위뇌경사병인건강교육효과급호리질량만의도진행문권조사。결과:뇌경사병인대호리질량만의도,건강교육후장악상관지식정서은정능진행공능단련인위수효불대화발생병발증등방면,연구조균우우대조조。결론:응용CNP진행건강교육,유리우호리질량적제고,보증건강교육적유효성,제고료병인대호리질량적만의도。
Objective:To discuss on the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of cerebral infarction patients . Methods:The path of health education for patients with cerebral infarction ,120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group , 60 case in the experimental group ,health education according to the health education according to the health education according to the health education path ,the control group of 60 cases, using the traditional methods of health education , a questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of care and satisfaction of each cerebral infarction patient health education before dis -charge.Results:Cerebral infarction patients satisfaction with quality of nursing ,heath education knowledge and emotional stability could exercise that little success and complication , the study group was better than the control group .Conclusion:Application of CNP to carry out health education , would help improve the quality of care , to ensure the effectiveness of health education , improve the quality of patient care satisfaction.
