目的：探讨健康教育路径在全脑血管造影术患者的设计及应用效果。方法：将112例全脑血管造影术患者随机分为2组，对照组采用传统的方式进行健康宣教，观察组运用健康教育路径进行健康宣教，对2组的护理效果进行比较。结果：观察组健康教育知识问卷得分及对护理满意度各问题得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；观察组各并发症发生例数均低于对照组，其中局部淤血、尿潴留及腰背痛与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：运用健康教育路径对全脑血管造影术患者进行宣教，可以提高患者健康教育效果，减少并发症发生率，提高对护理满意度。
목적：탐토건강교육로경재전뇌혈관조영술환자적설계급응용효과。방법：장112례전뇌혈관조영술환자수궤분위2조，대조조채용전통적방식진행건강선교，관찰조운용건강교육로경진행건강선교，대2조적호리효과진행비교。결과：관찰조건강교육지식문권득분급대호리만의도각문제득분균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；관찰조각병발증발생례수균저우대조조，기중국부어혈、뇨저류급요배통여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：운용건강교육로경대전뇌혈관조영술환자진행선교，가이제고환자건강교육효과，감소병발증발생솔，제고대호리만의도。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education pathway in patients undergoing cerebral angiography .Methods:112 pa-tients undergoing cerebral angiography were divided into the control group and the observation group .each group included 56 patients.The control group used the traditional method of health education ,and the observation group adopted health education pathway .Effect of health education、the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing and incidence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores on the health education knowledge questionnaire and the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing of observa -tion group were higher than control group (P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative complication was lower in the observation group com -pared with those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of health education pathway in patients undergoing cerebral an-giography could raise effect of health education ,increase the satisfaction degree of patients ,reduce the complications and improve nursing quality.
