目的：比较克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶与磺胺乳膏治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法：使用随机双盲试验，纳入无妊娠、无哺乳、16岁以上有细菌性阴道炎的患者，使用7 d克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶与磺胺乳膏，治疗完成后5-10d及25-39d随访。结果：在25-39d随访时，80名接受克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶患者中的70名，78名接受磺胺乳膏患者中的38名治愈或缓解（ P＜0．05）。大部分的差异出现在有病史组。副作用发生率在两组间无差异。结论：克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效优于磺胺乳膏。
목적：비교극림매소린산지음도응효여광알유고치료세균성음도염적료효。방법：사용수궤쌍맹시험，납입무임신、무포유、16세이상유세균성음도염적환자，사용7 d극림매소린산지음도응효여광알유고，치료완성후5-10d급25-39d수방。결과：재25-39d수방시，80명접수극림매소린산지음도응효환자중적70명，78명접수광알유고환자중적38명치유혹완해（ P＜0．05）。대부분적차이출현재유병사조。부작용발생솔재량조간무차이。결론：극림매소린산지음도응효치료세균성음도염적료효우우광알유고。
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel with sul -fonamide vaginal cream in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis .Method: In this double-blind, randomized study, nonpregnant women , 16 years of age or older , with symptomatic bacterial vaginosis were assigned to receive either clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel or sulfonamide vaginal cream for 7 days.Follow-up visits were conducted 5 to 10 days, and 25 to 39 days after completion of treatment .Result:Clinical cure or im-provement at 25 to 39 days was noted in 70 of 80 assessable participants who received clindamycin vaginal gel, and in 38 of 78 women who received sulfonamide vaginal cream (P <0.05).Most of the difference be-tween the treatment groups was noted in women with a history of bacterial vaginosis .Among women without a history of bacterial vaginosis , clindamycin and sulfonamide creams had similar efficacy .Most of the patients in both groups reported an improvement in symptoms .No signicant difference was observed between the treat-ment groups in the incidence of adverse events .Conclusion:Clindamycin vaginal gel is more effective than sulfonamide vaginal cream in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis .
