PACS系统(医学图像存档与通信系统)是集医学图像采集、传输、存储、处理、诊断显示于一体的医疗平台系统。PACS系统的实现必须建立在DICOM标准的基础上,DICOM是医学数字图像和通信标准,它可使医学图像设备的制造厂商和用户在标准网络上实现设备互连,便于各类型医学图像的开发和应用。要完成上述功能的实现,技术非常复杂,但利用Medical Connections公司开发的DicomObjects能够进行快速开发,而无需了解DICOM标准的复杂性。本文介绍如何利用DicomObjects的SCP、SCU服务开发符合DICOM标准的PACS系统,实现图像显示,浏览,存储,发送,打印等功能。该系统已投入多家医院使用,取得良好的效果,大大缩减开发时间,提升开发效率。

PACS (picture archiving communication system) is a system of multiple functions including collecting medical image, transmission, storage, processing and diagnostic display. Realization of PACS must be established on the basis of DICOM standard, a medical digital image and communications standard enabling equipment manufacturers and users of medical images for device interconnection on a standard network as well as providing convenience for development and application of various types of medical images. It is very complicated to implement the above functions, but the use of DicomObjects of Medical Connections will make it easier without understanding complexity of the DICOM standard. This article describes how to use the SCP, and SCU service of DicomObjects to develop a PACS system conforming to the DICOM standard, and realize the following functions of image display, viewing, and storage, sending and printing. This system has been put into practice in a few hospitals which is proved highly efficient.
