目的：探讨E -钙粘素和雌激素受体在乳腺癌组织中的表达在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法：收集本院2011-2012年确诊为乳腺癌患者并手术切除的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织，免疫组织化学法检测其中 E -钙粘素和雌激素受体的表达水平。结果：E -钙粘素和雌激素受体在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率明显低于癌旁组织。结论：E -cadherin和 ER表达与乳腺癌的发生发展关系密切，可考虑联合应用 E -cadherin 和 ER作早期诊断乳腺癌的指标。

목적：탐토E -개점소화자격소수체재유선암조직중적표체재유선암발생발전중적의의。방법：수집본원2011-2012년학진위유선암환자병수술절제적종류조직화암방조직，면역조직화학법검측기중 E -개점소화자격소수체적표체수평。결과：E -개점소화자격소수체재유선암조직중표체양성솔명현저우암방조직。결론：E -cadherin화 ER표체여유선암적발생발전관계밀절，가고필연합응용 E -cadherin 화 ER작조기진단유선암적지표。
Objective :To investigate the role of E -cadherin and ER in the tumorigenesis ,progression of breast cancer .Methods :By using immuno-histochemical method ,the expression of E -cadherin and ER in breast carcer tissue and tissues adjacent to cancer in this hospital between 2011 and 2012 .Results :the expression of E -cadherin and ER in breast carcer tissue was significantly lower than those in tissues adjacent to cancer .Conclusions :the expression of E -cadherin and ER is closely related to the tumorigenesis ,progression of breast cancer .suggesting that united measurement of the expression of E -cadherin and ER is helpful to predict metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer .
