目的：探讨不同治疗手段在肝脓肿治疗中的作用。方法回顾1993年5月至2008年5月期间，对33例肝脓肿病人予以超声引导下穿刺置管引流、保守或手术治疗。结果33例病人均治愈；超声引导下穿刺置管引流的住院时间最短，费用最低。结论超声引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术简便、安全、住院时间短、费用少，值得提倡。

목적：탐토불동치료수단재간농종치료중적작용。방법회고1993년5월지2008년5월기간，대33례간농종병인여이초성인도하천자치관인류、보수혹수술치료。결과33례병인균치유；초성인도하천자치관인류적주원시간최단，비용최저。결론초성인도하간농종천자치관인류술간편、안전、주원시간단、비용소，치득제창。
Objective the purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of sonographically guided percutaneous catheter drainage,conservative treatment and operation in the management of liver abscess..Methods review range from May1993to May2008,sonographically guided percutaneous catheter drainage,conservative treatment or operation in 33 cases of liver abscess.Results all the patients were cured. it is the the group of sonographically guided percutaneous catheter drainage,which the time of staying in hospital is shortest and the cost is the lowest among the three groups.Conclusion the method of sonographically guided percutaneous catheter drainage in liver abscess is simple,safety,short-time of staying in hospital,inexpensive,it is worth promoting.
