目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（h s-CRP）与中性粒细胞升高在诊断细菌性感染中的相关性。方法分析104例h s-CRP升高者与WBC计数、中性粒细胞分类变化的相关性分析。结果 WBC计数正常，中性粒细胞升高组与WBC计数和中性粒细胞同时升高组比较具有显著性差异，p＜0.05。结论中性粒细胞升高组检测h s-CRP阳性率高于WBC计数升高组，对诊断细菌性感染h s-CRP检测更为敏感，对早期诊断具有更重要的意义。

목적：탐토초민C반응단백（h s-CRP）여중성립세포승고재진단세균성감염중적상관성。방법분석104례h s-CRP승고자여WBC계수、중성립세포분류변화적상관성분석。결과 WBC계수정상，중성립세포승고조여WBC계수화중성립세포동시승고조비교구유현저성차이，p＜0.05。결론중성립세포승고조검측h s-CRP양성솔고우WBC계수승고조，대진단세균성감염h s-CRP검측경위민감，대조기진단구유경중요적의의。
Objective To explore the correlation analysis in the diagnosis of bacterial infection in the rise of high sensitive C reactive protein and neutrophil. Methods: Correlation analysis of H analysis of 104 cases of s-CRP patients with elevated WBC count, neutrophil cellchange. Results: Normal WBC count, neutrophil group and WBC count and neutrophil increase compared with the group with a significant difference, P < 0.05. Conclutions Neutrophils increased the positive rate of H in s-CRP group than WBC group detected elevated count, for the diagnosis of bacterial infection in H s-CRP detection is more sensitive, has a more important significance on early diagnosis.
