创新校企合作机制与体制是促进职业教育健康、持续发展的关键，应构建多赢的利益驱动机制，充分调动校企合作过程中学校、企业、政府及社会等所有参与者的积极主动性，健全和完善校企合作运行机制，及时调控、定期评价，保障校企合作的良性运行，促进职业教育快速发展。

창신교기합작궤제여체제시촉진직업교육건강、지속발전적관건，응구건다영적이익구동궤제，충분조동교기합작과정중학교、기업、정부급사회등소유삼여자적적겁주동성，건전화완선교기합작운행궤제，급시조공、정기평개，보장교기합작적량성운행，촉진직업교육쾌속발전。
The innovation of college & enterprise cooperation the system and is the key to promote a healthy vocational education and its sustainable development. We should establish a win-win beneficial mechanism of interests, and fully mobilize the initiative of all the participants in colleges, enterprises, government and societies during the cooperation;make timely regulation and regular assessment to ensure a good operation of college-enterprise cooperation, and promote rapid development of vocational education.
