目的：比较微创引流术与开颅术式在基层医院治疗脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析的100例急性或亚急性硬脑膜外血肿患者，根据术式分为研究组（微创引流术）48例及对照组（开颅术式）52例。对比两组间出血量、手术时间、置管时间、住院时间及术后并发症。结果两组在出血量、手术、置管及住院时间有统计学差异。两组均无出现死亡或致残病例。两组在感染、头痛、再出血、癫痫及脑膜粘连的例数构成方面无显著性差异。结论基层医院微创引流术治疗硬膜外血肿优于开颅术。
목적：비교미창인류술여개로술식재기층의원치료뇌외상경뇌막외혈종적림상효과。방법회고성분석적100례급성혹아급성경뇌막외혈종환자，근거술식분위연구조（미창인류술）48례급대조조（개로술식）52례。대비량조간출혈량、수술시간、치관시간、주원시간급술후병발증。결과량조재출혈량、수술、치관급주원시간유통계학차이。량조균무출현사망혹치잔병례。량조재감염、두통、재출혈、전간급뇌막점련적례수구성방면무현저성차이。결론기층의원미창인류술치료경막외혈종우우개로술。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimal y invasive drainage and craniotomyfor treatment of traumatic brain injury with epidural hematoma at Primary hospital. Methods According to the type of the operations, 100 patients with acute or subacute epidural hematoma were divided into study group (minimal y invasive aspiration) 48 cases and the control group (craniotomy) 52 cases by retrospective analysis. Operation time, bleeding volume, indwel ing time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications were compared in two groups. Results there were significant differences between two groups in the amount of bleeding, operation time, tube time and hospitalization time differences. No death or disability cases was found in both two groups. There was no no significant differences between two groups in the infection, bleeding, headache, epilepsy and meningeal adhesions. Conclusion Minimal y invasive aspiration in the treatment of epidural hematoma at the grass-roots hospital is better than that of craniotomy.
