目的：探讨羊水过少与妊娠合并症、妊娠结局及围生儿结局的关系。方法收集2009年8月~2011年8月在我院产科诊断为羊水过少并住院分娩的患者72例，随机选择同期羊水量正常的单胎晚期妊娠产妇72例，比较两组病例妊娠合并症、妊娠结局和围生儿结局。结果羊水过少患者较羊水量正常的患者剖宫产率、产后出血率、低体重儿、胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息发生率明显增高（P＜0.05）。结论羊水过少与妊娠合并症、不良妊娠结局及围生儿结局之间均有着密切的关系。
목적：탐토양수과소여임신합병증、임신결국급위생인결국적관계。방법수집2009년8월~2011년8월재아원산과진단위양수과소병주원분면적환자72례，수궤선택동기양수량정상적단태만기임신산부72례，비교량조병례임신합병증、임신결국화위생인결국。결과양수과소환자교양수량정상적환자부궁산솔、산후출혈솔、저체중인、태인궁내군박급신생인질식발생솔명현증고（P＜0.05）。결론양수과소여임신합병증、불량임신결국급위생인결국지간균유착밀절적관계。
Objective To determine whether oligohydramnios associated with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes. Methods comparing with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes of 72 patients with oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy admit ed to our hospital from 2009.8 to 2011.8 and 72 patients with oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy in same period. Results Rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, low birth weight, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia increased significantly in patients with Oligohydramnios than in patients with normal amniotic fluid volume (P< 0.05). Conclusion Oligohydramnios closely associated with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes.
