目的:观察瑞芬太尼在应用于介入手术的效果。方法收集介入手术的患者60例,随机分为瑞芬太尼和芬太尼两组,瑞芬太尼组应用瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚,芬太尼组应用芬太尼和丙泊酚,对比分析两组用药后的心率、血压、不良反应等,监测并记录患者的苏醒时间。结果瑞芬太尼和芬太尼两组一般情况以及手术时间都无显著差异(P>0.05);两组低血压及心动过缓发生率两组间的比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);瑞芬太尼组苏醒时间显著短于芬太尼组,术后 DSST评分显著高于芬太尼组(P<0.05);瑞芬太尼组用药量显著少于芬太尼组[1](P<0.05);两组术后均未观察到不良反应。结论瑞芬太尼苏醒时间短且提高了DSST的回复率,术后的恢复效果也较好,适用于切口小创伤小、疼痛时间短且没有耐药性的介入手术的临床应用。

목적:관찰서분태니재응용우개입수술적효과。방법수집개입수술적환자60례,수궤분위서분태니화분태니량조,서분태니조응용서분태니화병박분,분태니조응용분태니화병박분,대비분석량조용약후적심솔、혈압、불량반응등,감측병기록환자적소성시간。결과서분태니화분태니량조일반정황이급수술시간도무현저차이(P>0.05);량조저혈압급심동과완발생솔량조간적비교구유통계학차이(P<0.05);서분태니조소성시간현저단우분태니조,술후 DSST평분현저고우분태니조(P<0.05);서분태니조용약량현저소우분태니조[1](P<0.05);량조술후균미관찰도불량반응。결론서분태니소성시간단차제고료DSST적회복솔,술후적회복효과야교호,괄용우절구소창상소、동통시간단차몰유내약성적개입수술적림상응용。
Objective:to observe the red fentanyl in applied in interventional surgery ef ect. Methods:the 60 patients with interventional surgery were col ected and randomly divided into red fentanyl and fentanyl group,rui rui fentanyl group applications fentanyl and propofol and fentanyl group applied fentanyl and propofol,compared two groups after the heart rate,blood pressure,adverse reactions,etc.to monitor and record the awakening time of patients. Results: red fentanyl and fentanyl two groups of the general situation and operation time were no significant dif erences (P>0.05);In the two groups the incidence of hypotension and bradycardia the comparison between the two groups have statistical dif erence (P<0.05);Rui fentanyl group wake times significantly shorter than fentanyl group,postoperative DSST score significantly higher than that of fentanyl group (P<0.05);Ray dose fentanyl group was significantly less than fentanyl group (P<0.05);Two groups of postoperative adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:red fentanyl waking time short and enhanced the DSST response rates,postoperative recovery ef ect is bet er also,suitable for smal incision wounds, pain,time is short and there is no resistance to the clinical application of interventional surgery.
