目的：探讨全结直肠切除回肠J型储袋肛缘吻合术治疗结肠慢传输型便秘（STC）的手术效果。方法对23例STC患者施行全结直肠切除回肠 J型储袋直肠肛缘吻合术，观察术前术后排便情况确定该术式的疗效。结果23例患者均取得满意疗效，其中19例患者基本痊愈，自然排便2～3次/d，大便成形，无大便失禁，不需要服用泻剂或者止泻剂；4例患者间断服用止泻剂，排便2～8次/d,大便基本成形，无大便失禁。结论全结直肠切除回肠J型储袋直肠肛缘吻合术是治疗结肠慢传输型便秘有效的手术方法。
목적：탐토전결직장절제회장J형저대항연문합술치료결장만전수형편비（STC）적수술효과。방법대23례STC환자시행전결직장절제회장 J형저대직장항연문합술，관찰술전술후배편정황학정해술식적료효。결과23례환자균취득만의료효，기중19례환자기본전유，자연배편2～3차/d，대편성형，무대편실금，불수요복용사제혹자지사제；4례환자간단복용지사제，배편2～8차/d,대편기본성형，무대편실금。결론전결직장절제회장J형저대직장항연문합술시치료결장만전수형편비유효적수술방법。
Objective To investigate the outcome of total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis in treating colorectal slow transit constipation (STC). [Methods] 23 cases of colorectal STC underwent total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis ,and determine the procedures according to observing defecation of preoperative and postoperative. [Results] 23 patients achieved satisfactory results, of which 19 patients were basical y recovered, natural bowel movement 2 or 3 times perday,stool shape, no fecal incontinence,without taking laxatives or antidiarrheal agents; and 4 patients were taking antidiarrheal agents, suf ering stool frequencies from 2 to 8 times perday, stool basic shape, no fecal incontinence. [Conclusion] The total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis is the ef ective surgical treatment of slow transit constipation.
