目的：观察低分子肝素钙治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法56例患者随机分为对照组28例，治疗组28例。对照组采用激素及抗生素治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用低分子肝素钙，两组均治疗4 w。结果治疗组总有效率89.29%，对照组总有效率57.14%，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙治疗放射性肺炎具有良好的临床疗效，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰저분자간소개치료방사성폐염적림상료효。방법56례환자수궤분위대조조28례，치료조28례。대조조채용격소급항생소치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용저분자간소개，량조균치료4 w。결과치료조총유효솔89.29%，대조조총유효솔57.14%，량조비교유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론저분자간소개치료방사성폐염구유량호적림상료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To observe clinical ef icacy of Low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium ( LMWH) in the treatment of radiation pneumonia. Methods: 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases for the control group and 28 cases for treatment group.The control group were treated with hormones and antibiotics,and the treated group were treated with hormones ,antibiotics and Low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium. To observe and compare the clinical ef ect of the two groups after 4 weeks. Results:Total ef ective rate is 89.29%with treatment group and 57.14%with control group. There are significantly dif erent between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:There are good clinical ef icacy on radiation pneumonia treated by Low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium,and it is worthy to be popularized.
