目的:观察Q4情景互动式康复训练系统对痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿下肢运动功能的疗效。方法将30例痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿分为对照组(15例)和观察组(15例)。两组均进行运动疗法、物理疗法等治疗。观察组在此基础上应用情境互动式康复训练系统里的感统运动训练、肢体功能训练等30min,1次/d,5d/w,共12w。治疗前后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Berg量表(BBS)和粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)之D区(站立)和E区(走跑跳)评定。结果治疗后两组上述指标均较治疗前有改善(P<0.01或0.001)。观察组12w后腓肠肌肌张力、BBS评分和GMFM-88之D区和E区评分均比对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论 Q4情景互动式康复训练系统联合康复训练能降低痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿的下肢肌张力,提高平衡功能和下肢运动功能。

Objective: To observe the ef ect of Q4 scene interactive training system on motor function of lower extremities in children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy (CP). Methods:Thirty spastic diplegia CP children were randomly divided into observation group (n=15) and control group (n=15). Al children were treated with motor training and physical therapy. The observation group was received Q4 scene interactive training system for 30min once a day, 5d per week, 12 weeks in total. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) were evaluated at the beginning and at the end of the 12th week of treatment course respectively. Results:The outcomes were improved compared with the ones of pre-treatment (p<0.01 or 0.001), and improved more in the treatment group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Q4 scene interactive training system in combination with rehabilitation functional training in the treatment for children with spastic diplegia CP can decrease the muscle tone of lower limbs and improve stability, the motor function of lower extremity.
