目的：研究一种快速、彻底而无污染的术中顺行灌洗肠减压方法在左半结肠癌一期切除吻合术的安全运用。方法通过阑尾远端切口插入普通胃管，用等渗盐水冲洗结肠直至冲出液清澈，将左半结肠一期切除吻合。结果39例 I期吻合中,1例出现吻合口漏,2例出现伤口感染。结论此快速、彻底而无污染的术中顺行灌洗减压法用于左半结肠一期切除吻合术安全可行,值得临床推广。
目的：研究一種快速、徹底而無汙染的術中順行灌洗腸減壓方法在左半結腸癌一期切除吻閤術的安全運用。方法通過闌尾遠耑切口插入普通胃管，用等滲鹽水遲洗結腸直至遲齣液清澈，將左半結腸一期切除吻閤。結果39例 I期吻閤中,1例齣現吻閤口漏,2例齣現傷口感染。結論此快速、徹底而無汙染的術中順行灌洗減壓法用于左半結腸一期切除吻閤術安全可行,值得臨床推廣。
목적：연구일충쾌속、철저이무오염적술중순행관세장감압방법재좌반결장암일기절제문합술적안전운용。방법통과란미원단절구삽입보통위관，용등삼염수충세결장직지충출액청철，장좌반결장일기절제문합。결과39례 I기문합중,1례출현문합구루,2례출현상구감염。결론차쾌속、철저이무오염적술중순행관세감압법용우좌반결장일기절제문합술안전가행,치득림상추엄。
Objective: to study a rapid, complete and free from contamination of intraoperative anterograde irrigation colonics decompression method in the left half colon cancer resection and anastomosis of the safe use. Methods:through the appendix the distal incision into gastric tube, ordinary colon with isotonic saline flushing until out of the liquid crystal, the left half colon resection and anastomosis. Results: 39 cases of stage I anastomosis, anastomotic leakage (1), wound infection in 2 cases. Conclusion: the rapid, complete and no intraoperatie anterograde lavage decompression method is used for a left half colon resection and anastomosis safety is feasible and worthy of clinical promotion.
