针对舞钢100 mm 厚13MnNiMoR 钢板厚度1/2处-20℃低温冲击性能不合现象,从钢板生产工艺、组织和冲击断口等方面展开分析研究。结果表明,13MnNiMoR 钢板厚度1/2处低温冲击性能不合系热处理、组织、晶粒度以及坯料中偏析和夹杂物共同作用的结果。
針對舞鋼100 mm 厚13MnNiMoR 鋼闆厚度1/2處-20℃低溫遲擊性能不閤現象,從鋼闆生產工藝、組織和遲擊斷口等方麵展開分析研究。結果錶明,13MnNiMoR 鋼闆厚度1/2處低溫遲擊性能不閤繫熱處理、組織、晶粒度以及坯料中偏析和夾雜物共同作用的結果。
침대무강100 mm 후13MnNiMoR 강판후도1/2처-20℃저온충격성능불합현상,종강판생산공예、조직화충격단구등방면전개분석연구。결과표명,13MnNiMoR 강판후도1/2처저온충격성능불합계열처리、조직、정립도이급배료중편석화협잡물공동작용적결과。
In view of unqualified - 20 ℃ impact toughness at 1 / 2 thickness of 100 mm 13MnNiMoR steel plate produced by Wugang,the paper carries out research and analysis on various aspects of production process,microstruc-ture and impact fracture of steel plate. The results show that the unqualified low temperature impact toughness at 1 / 2 thickness of 13MnNiMoR steel plate are caused jointly by heat treatment,microstructure,grain size,segregation and inclusions in slab.
