用海藻酸钠、琼脂等载体对固定化窖泥功能菌进行发酵产酸的研究,但都存在着载体强度低,操作稳定性差等不足。我们用活性炭、PVA制备了两种固定化窖泥功能菌,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了活性炭、PVA固定化窖泥功能菌的形态,连续发酵产酸表明两种固定化窖泥功能菌具有良好的操作稳定性和产酸能力。
用海藻痠鈉、瓊脂等載體對固定化窖泥功能菌進行髮酵產痠的研究,但都存在著載體彊度低,操作穩定性差等不足。我們用活性炭、PVA製備瞭兩種固定化窖泥功能菌,併用掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察瞭活性炭、PVA固定化窖泥功能菌的形態,連續髮酵產痠錶明兩種固定化窖泥功能菌具有良好的操作穩定性和產痠能力。

Pit mud functional bacteria are always immobilized on sodium alginate or agar.However there are many shortcomings such as lowly intensity,poor operational stability,etc.In this paper,pit mud functional bacteria immobilized on PVA or activated carbon were studied and then observed by electron microscopy.The continuous acid-producing of immobilized bacteria were also researched.The results showed immobilized on PVA or activated carbon is convenient method.
