通过研究宁钢180 t 复吹转炉单渣深脱磷工艺,根据实际铁水条件,确定转炉吹炼制度、造渣制度、温度制度等方面影响转炉脱磷效果的关键工艺参数,并优化出钢模式,将转炉冶炼 SPHD 钢的出钢磷含量稳定控制在150×10-6以下。
通過研究寧鋼180 t 複吹轉爐單渣深脫燐工藝,根據實際鐵水條件,確定轉爐吹煉製度、造渣製度、溫度製度等方麵影響轉爐脫燐效果的關鍵工藝參數,併優化齣鋼模式,將轉爐冶煉 SPHD 鋼的齣鋼燐含量穩定控製在150×10-6以下。

By investigating single slag deep dephosphorization process of Ninggang′s 180 t combined blown con-verter,the company determines the key technological parameters of converter smelting,slag forming and temperature influencing dephosphorization results on the basis of actual conditions of hot metal,optimizes the tapping mode. As a result,P content is stably controlled to a value below 150 × 10 - 6 .
