目的：对糖尿病、颈动脉斑块以及脑梗死三者之间的相关性进行分析和研究。方法此次临床研究主要以本院2010年2月至2012年12月收治的230例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象，经头颅MRI检测，患者未出现新发脑梗死。结合颈动脉超声检查显示动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT），将其分为有斑块形成组以及无斑块形成组，并对患者的生化指标、性别、年龄、有无高血压及糖尿病进行记录和分析。使用二分类法对糖尿病、颈动脉斑块以及脑梗死三者的阳性率进行比较，并对三者的相关性进行分析。结果脑梗死组的斑块阳性率高于无脑梗死组，斑块组的脑梗死发生率高于无斑块组，对其进行Logistic回归分析，校正前后得出OR值分别为5.017、4.457，95%CI为2.692～9.352、2.059～9.645，P＜0.05；斑块组的糖尿病阳性率高于无斑块组，糖尿病组的颈动脉斑块阳性率高于无糖尿病组，对其进行Logistic回归分析，校正前后得出OR值为4.008、4.270，95%CI为1.852～8.670、1.563～11.660，P＜0.05；脑梗死组的糖尿病阳性率高于无脑梗死组，糖尿病组的脑梗死发生率高于无糖尿病组，对其进行Logistic回归分析，得出OR值为2.254，95%CI为1.240～4.093，P＜0.05，引入危险因素后，OR值为2.103，95%CI为1.064～4.155，P＜0.05，引入颈动脉斑块后，OR值为1.694，95%CI为0.831～3.450，P＞0.05。结论糖尿病能够对颈动脉斑块的形成产生影响，进而对脑梗死的发生产生影响。

Objective To analyze and study the correlation between diabetes, carotid plaque and cerebral infarction in three persons. Methods The clinical research mainly in our hospital 230 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease as the research object, the head MRI examination, patients without cerebral infarction. Combined with carotid ultrasound showed artery intimae-media thickness, divided into a plaque group and no plaque group, and the biochemical index, gender, age, with or without hypertension with and without diabetes were recorded and analyzed. Comparisons were carried out using two classiifcation positive rate of diabetes, carotid plaque and cerebral infarction in three patients, and the correlation between the three are analyzed. Results The positive rate of plaque in cerebral infarction group was higher than that of cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction incidence rate of plaque group was higher than that of plaque group, Logistic regression analysis to its, after correction the OR values were 5.017, 4.457, 95%CI 2.692~9.352, 2.059 ~ 9.645, P < 0.05;The positive rate of diabetic plaque group was higher than that of plaque group, the positive rate of neck artery plaques of diabetic group was higher than that of the diabetic group, Logistic regression analysis on the before and after correction, obtains the value of OR is 4.008, 4.270, 95%CI 1.852 ~ 8.670, 1.563 ~ 11.660, P < 0.05;The positive rate of diabetic cerebral infarction group was higher than that of cerebral infarction group, diabetic group than those without diabetes incidence of cerebral infarction group, Logistic regression analysis on it, the OR value of 2.254, 95%CI is 1.240~4.093, P<0.05, introducing the risk factors, the OR value of 2.103, 95%CI is 1.064~4.155, P<0.05, into the carotid artery plaque, OR value of 1.694, 95%CI is 0.831<3.450, P>0.05. Conclusion The results suggest, diabetes can affect the formation of plaque of carotid artery, so that the occurrence of cerebral infarction affected.
