目的:探讨2型糖尿病早期控制血糖联合抗氧化治疗对血管内皮功能影响。方法选择初发2型糖尿病60例,随机分为血糖控制组(A组),血糖控制+抗氧化治疗组(B组)。治疗2w,血糖不达标者出组。检测治疗前、后肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和硝酸甘油介导的内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能。结果A组和B组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能治疗前,两组间无明显差异。治疗2w,A组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能改善,但治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05),B组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能改善明显(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病早期降糖和抗氧化治疗能改善血管内皮功能。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병조기공제혈당연합항양화치료대혈관내피공능영향。방법선택초발2형당뇨병60례,수궤분위혈당공제조(A조),혈당공제+항양화치료조(B조)。치료2w,혈당불체표자출조。검측치료전、후굉동맥혈류개도적내피의뢰성혈관서장공능화초산감유개도적내피비의뢰성혈관서장공능。결과A조화B조내피의뢰성혈관서장공능치료전,량조간무명현차이。치료2w,A조내피의뢰성혈관서장공능개선,단치료전후무명현차이(P>0.05),B조내피의뢰성혈관서장공능개선명현(P<0.05)。결론2형당뇨병조기강당화항양화치료능개선혈관내피공능。
Objective To study the influence of control blood glucose combined early antioxidant therapy on vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 DM. Methods Sixty type 2 DM patients were randomly al ocated into blood glucose control group (group A) and blood glucose control combined antiocidant therapy group (group B). After two weeks of treatment, excluded cases which blood glucose can not achieve control targets. Compared endothelium-dependent vasodilatation mediated by blood flow and endothelium-independent vasodilatation mediated by nitroglycerin before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, endothelium-dependent vasodilatation was no dif erence between group A and group B. After two weeks of treatment, endothelium-dependent vasodilatation of group A was increased, but has no statistical y significant (P>0.05). In group B, endothelium-dependent vasodilatation was significantly higher than pretherapy (P<0.05). Conclusions Control blood glucose combined early antioxidant therapy can improve endothelial function of type 2 DM patients.
