目的：探讨整体护理对老年性高血压患者血压的影响。方法对113例老年高血压患者提供整体护理，比较患者入院时、出院时的血压值。结果101例患者的血压达到理想控制范围，有效率为90%，10例患者血压控制不理想，2例发生脑出血死亡。结论实施整体护理配合常规治疗可以有效的控制患者的血压。

Objective To explore the influence of holistic nursing on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods To provide holistic nursing care of 113 cases of elderly hypertensive patients and to compare with patients on admission, discharge the blood pressure value. Results The blood pressure of 101 patients to achieve the desired control range, 10 patients blood pressure control is not good, 2 cases died of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing combined with conventional therapy can ef ectively control the patients blood pressure.
