目的：探讨延续护理在脊髓损伤患者出院后的后期康复中的效果。方法将80例脊髓损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予一般出院宣教，不做特殊干预，而观察组按计划给予6个月的延续护理干预措施。6个月后对两组患者并发症、膀胱直肠功能、肌力、患者满意度等进行对比。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，患者对延续护理的满意度和膀胱直肠功能、肌力的恢复情况较对照组明显提高，两组比较统计学有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论延续护理能提供相关护理及健康指导，有效控制症状及预防并发症，增进患者综合功能的恢复，改善自护行为，激发积极情绪，增加患者满意度。
목적：탐토연속호리재척수손상환자출원후적후기강복중적효과。방법장80례척수손상환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조급여일반출원선교，불주특수간예，이관찰조안계화급여6개월적연속호리간예조시。6개월후대량조환자병발증、방광직장공능、기력、환자만의도등진행대비。결과관찰조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，환자대연속호리적만의도화방광직장공능、기력적회복정황교대조조명현제고，량조비교통계학유현저차이(P<0.01)。결론연속호리능제공상관호리급건강지도，유효공제증상급예방병발증，증진환자종합공능적회복，개선자호행위，격발적겁정서，증가환자만의도。
Objective oinvestigate the continuing nursing injury rehabilitation in discharged patients with ef ects in the spinal cord. Methods 80 patients with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given a general discharge missions, no special intervention, while the observation group was given nursing intervention measures to continue 6 months according to plan. 6 months after the comparison of the two groups of patients with complications, bladder and bowel function, muscle strength, patient satisfaction. Results the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, patients on recovery of continued nursing satisfaction and bladder and bowel function, muscle strength improved significantly compared with the control group, two groups had significant dif erence (P<0.01). Conclusion continue nursing can provide the related nursing and health guidance, ef ectively control symptoms and prevention of complications, improve the comprehensive recovery in patients, improve the self-care behavior, stimulate positive emotions, and increase patients satisfaction.
