针对唐山中厚板公司所生产20.8 mm 厚 X65管线钢板落锤试样性能不合现象,进行了金相组织及断口扫描电镜分析,发现不合试样的显微组织中针状铁素体含量较低,主要由于终冷温度高和冷却速率低造成,在后续的生产中优化了工艺,使产品落锤性能合格率得到明显提升。
針對唐山中厚闆公司所生產20.8 mm 厚 X65管線鋼闆落錘試樣性能不閤現象,進行瞭金相組織及斷口掃描電鏡分析,髮現不閤試樣的顯微組織中針狀鐵素體含量較低,主要由于終冷溫度高和冷卻速率低造成,在後續的生產中優化瞭工藝,使產品落錘性能閤格率得到明顯提升。

Scanning electron microscope analysis on metallographic structure and fracture is implemented for the disqualified DWTT specimen of 20. 8 mm thickness X65 plpeline steel plate produced by Tangshan Plate Co. Ltd. It is found that there is little acicular ferrite component in microstructure of disqualified specimen,which is caused by high-er finish cooling temperature and lower cooling rate. After process optimization in subsequent production,the qualifica-tion rate of the steel plate in DWTT is greatly increased.
