通过对转炉出钢过程中前期渣、中期渣和后期渣的分析,系统对比了挡渣球、挡渣塞、气动挡渣和滑板挡渣等挡渣方式的挡渣效果。滑板挡渣通过 PLC 自动控制系统采集转炉倾动角度,同时利用红外下渣检测判断下渣量。根据挡渣工艺要求,滑动水口的全开或全闭可在0.5 s 内自动完成,实现出钢过程中前期渣、中期渣和后期渣的最有效阻挡。与其他挡渣方法相比,滑板的挡渣成功率达到100%,转炉出钢下渣量控制在50 mm,回磷稳定控制在0.002%以下,降低了钢水氧化性,减少了合金消耗,提高了转炉成分命中率。

Through analysis of earlier,middle and later stage slag in BOF tapping,the paper systematically com-pares the efficiency of slag - stopping ball,slag - stopping plug,pneumatic slag - stopping device and slide gate slag -stopping device. The slide gate slag - stopping device collects the tilting angle data of BOF via PLC automatic control system and detects the amount of roughing slag with infrared detection technology. According to the requirements of slag - stopping process,the slide gate fully opens or closes in 0. 5 second automatically,achieving most efficient slag -stopping effect for earlier,middle and later stage slag during tapping. Compared with other slag - stopping methods, the success rate of slide - gate slag - stopping operation is up to 100% ,the amount of roughing slag is controlled to 50 mm during converter tapping,the rephosphorization rate is stably controlled to a value below 0. 002% ,thus the oxid-ability of molten steel and alloy consumption are reduced,while the hit ratio of steel composition is improved.
