目的:探讨超声心动图在主动脉窦瘤破裂诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例经手术或介入治疗证实为主动脉窦瘤破裂患者的超声心动图声像图表现。结果20例主动脉窦瘤破裂患者中,右冠窦瘤破入右室流出道9例、右冠窦瘤破入右室3例、右冠窦瘤破入右房1例、无冠窦瘤破入右房7例。其中合并室间隔缺损11例,主动脉瓣关闭不全6例,二尖瓣关闭不全5例,三尖瓣关闭不全4例,动脉导管未闭1例。超声心动图均清楚显示20例主动脉窦瘤破裂患者破口的部位、形态、大小、数目及破入部位。结论超声心动图诊断主动脉窦瘤破裂的特异性强,且简便、准确,可作为诊断主动脉窦瘤破裂的首选影像学检查方法。
目的:探討超聲心動圖在主動脈竇瘤破裂診斷中的應用價值。方法迴顧性分析20例經手術或介入治療證實為主動脈竇瘤破裂患者的超聲心動圖聲像圖錶現。結果20例主動脈竇瘤破裂患者中,右冠竇瘤破入右室流齣道9例、右冠竇瘤破入右室3例、右冠竇瘤破入右房1例、無冠竇瘤破入右房7例。其中閤併室間隔缺損11例,主動脈瓣關閉不全6例,二尖瓣關閉不全5例,三尖瓣關閉不全4例,動脈導管未閉1例。超聲心動圖均清楚顯示20例主動脈竇瘤破裂患者破口的部位、形態、大小、數目及破入部位。結論超聲心動圖診斷主動脈竇瘤破裂的特異性彊,且簡便、準確,可作為診斷主動脈竇瘤破裂的首選影像學檢查方法。
목적:탐토초성심동도재주동맥두류파렬진단중적응용개치。방법회고성분석20례경수술혹개입치료증실위주동맥두류파렬환자적초성심동도성상도표현。결과20례주동맥두류파렬환자중,우관두류파입우실류출도9례、우관두류파입우실3례、우관두류파입우방1례、무관두류파입우방7례。기중합병실간격결손11례,주동맥판관폐불전6례,이첨판관폐불전5례,삼첨판관폐불전4례,동맥도관미폐1례。초성심동도균청초현시20례주동맥두류파렬환자파구적부위、형태、대소、수목급파입부위。결론초성심동도진단주동맥두류파렬적특이성강,차간편、준학,가작위진단주동맥두류파렬적수선영상학검사방법。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm (RASA). Methods Ultrasonographic features of 20 patients with RASA confirmed with surgical operation and (or) coronary artery angiography were analyzed retrospectively. Results RASA was detected in twenty patients, nine with drainages from the right sinus aneurysm into the right ventricular outflow tract,three from the right sinus aneurysm into the right ventricle, one from the right sinus aneurysm into the right atrium, and seven from noncoronary sinus aneurysm into the right atrium. Among them, 9 were complicated with ventricular septum defects, 6 were complicated with aortic insufficiency, 5 were complicated with mitral insufficiency tricuspid insufficiency, 4 were complicated with tricupsid insufficiency, and one was complicated with patent ductus arteriosus. Echocardiography could show RASA distinctly including the location, shape, size and number. Conclusion Echocardiography is a simple and reliable technique with specific diagnostic value in RASA. It may be the first-line imaging modality in the diagnosis of RASA.
