目的：观察分析心理护理干预对初产妇产后负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院2010年5月至2012年5月初产妇146例，按照数字表随机抽取法分成2组，对照组73例和观察组73例，对比护理前后两组抑郁和焦虑状况。结果护理后，两组HAMA、HAMD评分与护理前比较均有改善，观察组改善更显著（P＜0.05）。结论对初产妇给予针对性心理护理干预，可明显预防和减轻产后负性情绪。

목적：관찰분석심리호리간예대초산부산후부성정서적영향。방법선취아원2010년5월지2012년5월초산부146례，안조수자표수궤추취법분성2조，대조조73례화관찰조73례，대비호리전후량조억욱화초필상황。결과호리후，량조HAMA、HAMD평분여호리전비교균유개선，관찰조개선경현저（P＜0.05）。결론대초산부급여침대성심리호리간예，가명현예방화감경산후부성정서。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion of primipara. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 May to 2012 5 at the beginning of 146 pregnant women, according to a randomly extraction were divided into 2 groups, 73 cases in the control group and 73 cases in observation group, compared two groups of nursing observation before and after the depression and anxiety status. Results After nursing care, score and two groups of HAMA, HAMD were improved, the observation group improved more signiifcantly (P<0.05). Conclusion given targeted psychological nursing intervention on maternal, could prevent and reduce postpartum negative emotion.
