高职学生社会实践是高职院校育人的重要环节,针对实践活动中存在的诸多问题,提出构建“政校行企”实践育人动力机制和保障机制,实现组织指导全员化、活动场所基地化、实践内容课程化、实践运行项目化和考核评价多元化,全方位保障“政校行企”长效实践育人。

Students’ social practice is an important part of talent cultivation in vocational colleges. Considering the problems existing in practice, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing a dynamic mechanism and a guarantee mechanism of practical talent-cultivation education by the joint efforts of“government, school, industrial association and enterprise”to realize the following goals of organizing and guiding all the staff, providing bases for practical activities, making curriculum of the social practice content, projecting the operation modes and diversifying the assessment to provide a full range of guarantee for the long-term effect of the mechanisms.
