目的：探讨研究经皮肾镜取石术后并发症的原因与防治措施。方法收集本院2011年7月至2013年4月行经皮肾镜取石术患者159例作为研究对象，其中单侧肾结石98例，双侧肾结石61例，单发结石87例，多发结石72例，所有患者均经临床症状和B超或CT检查确诊为肾结石，对所有患者术中和术后出现的并发症进行观察和处理，探讨并发症发生的原因与防治措施。结果159例经皮肾镜取石术患者出现不同程度的并发症，由于医护人员及时观察发现、及时处理，均痊愈出院。结论经皮肾镜取石术是治疗肾结石的首选方法，疗效满意，但有一定的并发症，合理的选择患者，充分术前准备，术中轻柔操作，术后严密观察患者病情变化并及时处理是预防并发症的关键。

Objective To investigate the causes of percutaneous nephrolithotomy postoperative complications and prevention measures. Methods The hospital in 2011. 7~2013.4 in percutaneous nephrolithotomy in 159 patients as the research object,the unilateral renal calculi in 98 cases, bilateral renal calculi in 61 cases, single stone in 87 cases, 72 cases of multiple stones, all patients were conifrmed by clinical symptoms and B ultrasound or CT examination conifrmed the diagnosis of kidney stones observation and treatment, all the patients of intraoperative and postoperative complications, discuss the reasons of complications and prevention measures. Results 159 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with varying degrees of complications in patients with medical personnel, due to timely detection, timely treatment, were cured and discharged. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is the preferred method of treatment of kidney stones, the effect is satisfactory, but there are certain complications, patient selection and reasonable, sufifcient preoperative preparation, intraoperative gentle operation, postoperative close observation of patients condition changes and timely treatment is the key to prevention of complications.
