目的：探讨和研究左布比卡因在锥管内麻醉中的应用研究。方法摘取我院近年来收治的进行下肢手术的74例患者的临床资料作为研究对象，将之分为观察组和对照组各37例，两组患者均采用腰-硬联合麻醉，其中观察组采用左旋布比卡因，对照组采用布比卡因，统计并对比两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应。结果两组患者均取得了满意的麻醉效果，对照组在运动阻滞起效时间及最大运动阻滞时间上明显优于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在运动阻滞恢复时间上两组无明显差异，且均无明显不良反应发生，不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论左旋布比卡因在进行腰-硬联合麻醉时相较布比卡因有着更好的麻醉效果，起效快、效果确切、肌肉松弛好、麻醉平面容易控制、安全可靠等，值得在临床上加以推广和应用。
목적：탐토화연구좌포비잡인재추관내마취중적응용연구。방법적취아원근년래수치적진행하지수술적74례환자적림상자료작위연구대상，장지분위관찰조화대조조각37례，량조환자균채용요-경연합마취，기중관찰조채용좌선포비잡인，대조조채용포비잡인，통계병대비량조환자적마취효과급불량반응。결과량조환자균취득료만의적마취효과，대조조재운동조체기효시간급최대운동조체시간상명현우우관찰조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），재운동조체회복시간상량조무명현차이，차균무명현불량반응발생，불구유통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론좌선포비잡인재진행요-경연합마취시상교포비잡인유착경호적마취효과，기효쾌、효과학절、기육송이호、마취평면용역공제、안전가고등，치득재림상상가이추엄화응용。
Objective To explore and research the application of levobupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods The research object was 74 patients with operations of lower limbs,they were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group, selected spinal-epidural anesthesia.control group was given bupivacaine, while the experimental group was given levobupivacaine.Compared the anesthetic effect and adverse reaction of two groups. Result The observational group and the control group had the satisfactory effect of anesthesia.The time of motor block and the biggest sports block time of observational group was higher than control group,difference has statistics meaning(P<0.05).The recovery time of motor block of observational group had not difference with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of levobupivacaine was better than bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,had rapid action and good effect,security and reliability,the level of anesthesia was easy to be controlled,had a broad prospect in clinical.
