目的：探讨心理治疗对糖尿病患者情绪就心理障碍的调适效果。方法80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例，两组均给予系统性药物治疗，对照组接受常规性健康教育，在此基础上，干预组增加为期2周的心理治疗，治疗前后，采用抑郁自译量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）评价两组情绪和不良心理的改善效果。结果治疗前，两组SDS、SAS、SCL-90评分无显著性统计学差异（P＞0.05），治疗后，干预组SDS、SAS及SCL-90评分值均低于对照组，具有显著性统计学差异（P＜0.01）。结论心理治疗能改善糖尿病患者负性情绪，提高心理健康水平，对临床治疗及康复具有积极促进作用。
목적：탐토심리치료대당뇨병환자정서취심리장애적조괄효과。방법80례2형당뇨병환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각40례，량조균급여계통성약물치료，대조조접수상규성건강교육，재차기출상，간예조증가위기2주적심리치료，치료전후，채용억욱자역량표（SDS）、초필자평량표（SAS）화증상자평량표（SCL-90）평개량조정서화불양심리적개선효과。결과치료전，량조SDS、SAS、SCL-90평분무현저성통계학차이（P＞0.05），치료후，간예조SDS、SAS급SCL-90평분치균저우대조조，구유현저성통계학차이（P＜0.01）。결론심리치료능개선당뇨병환자부성정서，제고심리건강수평，대림상치료급강복구유적겁촉진작용。
Objective To explore The effect of psychologicaltherapy accommodates emotional and psychological barriers of diabetic. Methods 80 patients withⅡdiabetes were divided into intervention group(40 patients)and contral group(40 patients),the two groups were all given systemic drug therapy, contral group was received routine health education,on that basis, intervention group was added psycholotherapy for 2weeks, before and after therapy, the improving effect of emotional and bad mentality of the two groups was evaluated by SDS SAS and SCL-90.Results Before therapy,the score of SDS、SAS and SCL-90 of the two groups was not signiifcant statistical difference(P>0.05), after therapy, the score of SDS、SAS and SCL-90 of intervention group was lower than that of contral group, there was signiifcant statistical difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychologicaltherapy can improve negative emotional, raise psychological health level,it has active facilitation for clinical theraoy and rehabilitation.
