目的：优选感冒药茶颗粒的提取工艺，以便制备质量稳定的制剂。方法以加水量，提取时间，提取次数为考察因素，以总黄酮及熊果酸和浸膏量为指标，采用L9（3）4正交试验法对感冒药茶颗粒的最佳提取工艺进行优选。结果该制剂最佳提取工艺为加水量10倍，提取3次，每次提取时间60min。结论该提取工艺合理可行，稳定可控，适用于大生产，是最佳制备工艺。
목적：우선감모약다과립적제취공예，이편제비질량은정적제제。방법이가수량，제취시간，제취차수위고찰인소，이총황동급웅과산화침고량위지표，채용L9（3）4정교시험법대감모약다과립적최가제취공예진행우선。결과해제제최가제취공예위가수량10배，제취3차，매차제취시간60min。결론해제취공예합리가행，은정가공，괄용우대생산，시최가제비공예。
Objective To optimize techniques for Ganmao Yaocha granule, Preparation and stability so as to the quality of preparation. Methods The amount of water, extraction time and frequency as variables, By taking the rate of extract and the total of lfavonoids, ursolic as the indexes components, the extraction techniques were optimized for Compound rhubarb enema through L9(3)4orthogonal test. Results The best condition is 3 times to boil with water, each 10 times,1 hours. Conclusion The preparation technology is feasible and reliable for the manufacturing process of Compound rhubarb enema.
