肝血管瘤是最常見的肝髒良性腫瘤，超聲檢查因其無創、準確和重複性好，已成為檢測肝血管瘤的首選方法之一。本文就肝血管瘤的灰階超聲、綵色多普勒超聲、三維超聲、聲彈性成像及超聲造影的特點作一簡要綜述。

Hepatic hemangioma is the most common benign hepatic tumor. Because of the noninvasive, economical, convenient and non-radiation exposure, ultrasound has been reported to be effective in detection of hepatic hemangiomas. This paper will overview the features of gray scale ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound, elastographic ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangiomas.
