This article is based on the study of the slurry water treatment system of a large coal-fired power plant in Guangdong province. The selection of system design scheme is introduced which makes the slurry water centralized treatment for reused and comprehensive utilization. Through economic and technical comparison, the optimum design scheme based on the design principles is selected to meet the environmental requirements of waste water discharge. This article provides a model for the selection of slurry water treatment system of similar power plant projects in future.
