目的：?探讨利用负压封闭引流技术治疗面部烧伤植皮中的临床作用。方法?将2010年1月至2012年9月我院收治的面部烧伤患者120例作为临床研究对象，使用单双号将患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组患者采用负压封闭引流技术，对比观察两组患者的手术时间、术后平均住院天数、创面愈合时间、植皮存活率和平均住院费用等指标。结果?观察组和对照组的烧伤手术时间无统计学差异（P>0.05），观察组在术后平均住院天数、创面愈合时间、植皮存活率和平均住院费用等指标上都明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论?负压封闭引流术应用于面部烧伤植皮上具有住院天数短、创面愈合快且美观、植皮存活率高、经济等优点，值得临床推广。

Objective?To?investigate?the?clinical?effect?of?using?vacuum?sealing?drainage?technique?in?the?treatment?of?facial?skin?grafting.?Methods?The?2010?January?to?2012?September?in?our?hospital?120?cases?of?facial?burn?as?a?clinical?study,?the?use?of?single,?the?patients?were?randomly?divided?into?two?groups,?the?control?group?was?given?conventional?treatment,?the?observation?group?were?treated?with?vacuum?sealing?drainage?technique,?the?average?length?of?observation?time?of?operation,?the?two?groups?of?patients,?the?number?of?days?after?the?wound?the?healing?time,?graft?survival?rate?and?the?average?cost?of?hospitalization.?Results?There?was?no?signiifcant?difference?in?operation?time?on?burn?group?and?the?control?group?(P>0.05),?in?the?observation?group,?the?average?days?of?hospitalization?after?operation,?wound?healing?time,?graft?survival?rate?and?the?average?hospitalization?expenses?and?other?indicators?are?signiifcantly?better?than?the?control?group?(P<0.05).?Conclusion?Vacuum?sealing?drainage?used?in?facial?burn?skin?grafting?with?shorter?length?of?hospital?stay,?wound?healing?fast?and?beautiful?skin,?high?survival?rate,?economic?and?other?advantages,?is?worth?the?clinical?promotion.
