本文对锦鸡儿硬实种子进行硫酸浸种处理,设置0min、50min、60min、70min和80min 5个浸种时间,通过测定种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数,研究硫酸处理对锦鸡儿硬实种子萌发的影响。研究结果显示,硫酸的处理对锦鸡儿硬实种子有显著的促进作用,不同处理时间锦鸡儿硬实种子发芽率有较明显的差异,其中硫酸处理时间为70min时,种子的发芽势和发芽指数均达到最高值分别为20%和6.87。所以,70min硫酸处理为锦鸡儿硬实种子的最佳处理时间。

This study aims at revealing the effect S of vitriolization on the hard seed gennination of Caragana sinica by measuring gemtination capacity, gerntination percentage of seeds and germination index.The time of treatment was 0 min,50 min,60 min,70 min and 80 min. The results showed that the treatments of concentrated sulphuric acid played a vital role on the germination rate of Caragana sinica hard seeds and the treatment and germination percentage were significantly different. At the process-time was 70min,the germination capacity and germination index of Caragana sinica hard seed reach a peak Value were 20% and 6.87.respectively. So the optimal time is 70 min when sulfuric acid treatmented caragana hard seeds.
