目的探讨微信随访对结肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2011年5月至2013年6月我院普外科行结肠造口患者40例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和微信组,每组20例。对照组接受常规护理和宣教;微信组在对照组的基础上,出院后与患方建立微信随访。三个月后收集两组资料,对比两组患者生活质量情况,内容包括:造口护理能力、排便规律情况、良性心理建立、正常社交功能恢复。结果微信组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微信随访能有效改善结肠造口患者的生活质量,减少造口并发症的发生,建立良好正面的心理,帮助患者恢复社会功能,值得借鉴。

목적탐토미신수방대결장조구환자생활질량적영향。방법선택2011년5월지2013년6월아원보외과행결장조구환자40례,안수궤수자표법분위대조조화미신조,매조20례。대조조접수상규호리화선교;미신조재대조조적기출상,출원후여환방건립미신수방。삼개월후수집량조자료,대비량조환자생활질량정황,내용포괄:조구호리능력、배편규률정황、량성심리건립、정상사교공능회복。결과미신조환자적생활질량명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론미신수방능유효개선결장조구환자적생활질량,감소조구병발증적발생,건립량호정면적심리,방조환자회복사회공능,치득차감。
Objective To investigate the effects of WeChat follow-up on life quality of patients with enterostomy. Methods Totally,40 patients with enterostomy in the Department of General Surgery of the Third Hospital Affiliated Wenzhou Medical College from May, 2011 to June, 2013 were equally and randomly divided into control group and the WeChat follow-up group by random digit table. The control group received routine care, propaganda and education;while the WeChat group was given additional WeChat follow-up. After 3 months, we collected data of two groups and compared the patients' life quality including:stoma care capabilities, bowel regularity, the benign psychological establishment and restoration of normal social functioning. Results Life quality of patients with WeChat follow-up was significantly higher than control group with the statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion WeChat follow-up can effectively improve the quality of life in patients withenterostomy, reduce the incidence of stoma complications, help the patient to establish a good positive attitude and restore the social function and is worthy of learning.
