中国水电经过20多年发展已经形成规模非常庞大的跨流域水电站群系统,运行管理面临极大挑战。在分析、借鉴经典的逐步优化、离散微分动态规划、逐次逼近方法降维思想的基础上,提出跨流域水电站群长期优化调度可变策略搜索方法。该方法以深度优先和广度优先的计算模式及一维或多维搜索算法为基础,构建不同规模和特点问题的求解策略,从而达到有效降维、提高解的质量和效率的目的。采用提出的模型和算法,对南方电网跨流域水电系统进行应用实例研究,结果表明:提出的方法可以快速求解跨流域系统长期优化调度问题,实现跨流域水电站群补偿调度,利于更好地配置水电系统资源,发挥跨流域水电站群综合效益。

China has formed several very large scale inter basin hydropower systems with the rapid hydropower development in the past two decades. Tremendous management and operation challenges are encountered. Based on the analysis of the dimension reduction ideas of classical methods of progressive optimality algorithm, discrete differential dynamic programming algorithm and dynamic programming successive approximation, a flexible strategy searching algorithm is proposed to address the optimization problems of long term inter basin hydropower operations. On the basis of depth first and width first searching modes, one dimensional and multiple dimensional searching strategies, solving strategies for the problems with different scales and characteristics are constructed to decrease dimensionality and increase solution quality and solving efficiency. Case study for the inter basin hydropower system of China Southern Power Grid shows that proposed method can solve the long term inter basin hydropower operation problems effectively, and is helpful to achieve the goal of inter basin compensatory, better allocation of hydropower resources, and increasing comprehensive benefits of inter basin hydropower systems.
