随着我国经济的发展,人们的饮食习惯发生了重大改变。由于高脂肪、高蛋白、高糖摄入量增加,我国高血压、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病快速增加,营养卫生受到医疗人员及广大群众的高度重视。在这种形势下,医院应高度重视营养卫生,加强营养健康教育,探索形式多样的营养健康教育,提高患者对疾病的预防和治疗依从性,提高医疗和服务质量。

Public dietary habit changes with the economic development in China. Due to increased intake of fat, protein and sugar, the incidence of hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other chronic diseases kept on the rise and has attracted growing attention on nutrient health among medical workers and the public. Against the backdrop, hospitals should attach great importance to nutrient in health, explore and enhance nutrition education of various forms to improve patient compliance to disease prevention and treatment and increase medical service quality.
